Video Tutorials Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a video tutorial and accompanying image, through Noel Clegg Photography, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. All files and videos and any other materials that may be provided, are for the sole use of the intended recipient only and must not be forwarded or re-distributed in any other manner without prior consent of Noel Clegg Photography. Specifically including, but not limited to, the following:

1: The video tutorial and accompanying images, remain the property of Noel Clegg Photography and under no circumstances will be shared with any third parties or any internet outlets including: personal websites or social media platforms without the express consent of Noel Clegg Photography.

2: The RAW file(s) provided in this package, remain the property of Noel Clegg Photography and under no circumstances will be shared with any third parties or any internet outlets including: personal websites or social media platforms without the express consent of Noel Clegg Photography.

3: The video (MP4) files provided in this package, remain the property of Noel Clegg Photography and under no circumstances will be shared with any third parties or any internet outlets including: personal websites or social media platforms without the express consent of Noel Clegg Photography.

4: The video tutorials and accompanying images are intended as a learning aid between Noel Clegg Photography and the intended recipient. The videos tutorials and accompanying cannot be used for any other purpose, including being adapted by any other photographer(s) for commercial gain.

5: The video tutorials were created as a supporting aid for my Photoshop Workshops, there may be some reference to the respective workshop in the videos files received.

6: The video tutorials that demonstrate Luminosity Masks (LM) (Intermediate & Colour) have been created using Jimmy McIntyre’s InstaMask panel. You accept that other LM panels will produce the same results, although the steps to achieve the results will differ from processes demonstrated during the respective video tutorials.

7: In the event that you have not already purchased a LM panel, you accept that this may be an additional expense to re-create the processes demonstrated in the video tutorials that demonstrate LM (Intermediate & Colour).
