Black & White Printing Workshop - £325
This hands-on workshop will provide you with the necessary skills to produce a fine art photographic print of a professional standard.
We will of course cover the technical aspects, although the day has been designed so it is practical in its approach and will not overwhelm you with too much theory. Instead our time will be used wisely focussing on - preparing files for print, tests prints and overcoming any challenges that may be encountered prior to the final result.
The day is dedicated to black & white imagery, using the Epson SC-P800 and Hahnemuhle PhotoRag - although can be easily adapted for colour imagery.
We will discuss the following topics, all of which have been broken down in to easy to follow steps drawing from my own experience:
Colour Management, Colour Spaces, Bit Depth, Monitor Calibration, Customer Paper Profiles, Epson Advanced Black & White Driver, Printing Templates, Printing Presets, Soft Proofing, Test Prints, Resizing For Print and The Final Print
Following the workshop you will received over 40 pages of supporting documentation and over one hour of supporting videos.
